Stop chatting with AI.
Put it to work.
We turn how your business works, what it knows, its rules and its judgement into an AI system that works with that knowledge, follows your rules and has work ready for you every day. Installed on your computer, with a person in charge of the decisions.
With a chat, you start the work.
With your system, you start by reviewing what's already done.
Tell us three things you do every week that you shouldn't still be doing yourself.
We'll tell you what the system could do, what it would have ready for you and what would still need your approval. No commitment. Or book 30 minutes.
What you find done first thing.
You talk to your system in the AI app on your computer, like any chat. Your brain has its own screen: map, search, latest changes and routines. Replies wait for you in Drafts, in your email.
It isn't a chatbot.
It's an implementation.
We don't sell a custom chatbot, a GPT with context, an alternative to ChatGPT, "automations" or an AI course. We sell an implementation: turning how your business works into a structure that an AI can understand, consult and carry out consistently.
Knowledge
What your business knows: services, rates, clients, processes, documentation, tone, criteria.
Rules
How it should act: what it can do, what needs approval, what it never does, which information wins when two sources contradict each other.
Decisions
How it acts in a real situation: if A happens, it checks B; if it's a standard case, it prepares; if there's an exception, it escalates; if information is missing, it asks.
Routines
The recurring work it does without being asked: today's list, checking email and leaving drafts, the weekly review. When it sees something repeating, it proposes turning it into a routine.
Human oversight
A person reviews, approves, corrects and decides. Sensitive decisions stay there.
AI is the engine. We design and implement the structure of your business that runs on that engine.
This is your system on the inside.
It isn't a very long prompt. It's a structure with five layers, each in files you can open and read. This is what gets installed.
The first thing you see is the brain: what your business knows, as a living map. Three real systems, three shapes of the same screen. You pick one.
Folders you can open
What your business knows, in six drawers. It's what the map above draws.
/YOUR BUSINESS /INBOX what you hand it to sort /IDENTITY what it does · how it speaks · how it works /PROJECTS one front per folder · tasks · dated decisions /REFERENCE rates · templates · standard emails · processes /JOURNAL one note a day: what it did and what's left /ARCHIVE what is no longer live
The permissions matrix
What it can do on its own, what needs your approval and what it never does.
| Can do on its own | Needs your approval | Never does |
|---|---|---|
| Read and sort email | Apply a discount | Send on its own |
| Search your files | Quotes above X | Charge or sign |
| Prepare drafts | Compensate a client | Publish |
| Prepare lists and reminders | Commit to a delivery date | Delete documents |
One case, step by step
What it does when something real happens, and where it stops.
An email comes in asking for a quote
We don't replace your AI. We make it work like your business.
A well-configured ChatGPT, with projects, context and instructions, can know your business very well. And there are tools that already do real work with that context. Both things are true and we won't tell you otherwise.
So you already know what it takes: someone had to think about what it should know, structure it, write it, test it and keep it up to date. That someone was you. Our job is exactly that: the analysis, the architecture and the implementation.
Automating doesn't mean giving it permission for everything.
We explicitly design what it does on its own, what it prepares, what needs approval and what it doesn't touch. It's policy, not capability: the AI could do more, and we decide it won't.
It leaves drafts with your signature and only sends when you ask it to, never from a routine. What can be undone, it does; before anything that can't, it asks. What comes in from outside, an email or a web page, is data, never orders. A person signs.
About your data: the system works on your computer and with the AI licensed in your name. What it reads goes through that provider, as with any AI tool. We don't see what your system does.
Base implementation.
from €990
It's the full installation of your system with all five layers, clearly scoped. It isn't "we automate your whole business for €990". It's the foundation everything else is built on.
Includes
- Written kickoff: six questions and your documents, five to ten that capture your business
- Analysis of the material received
- Knowledge architecture, brain structure and a document that explains your system
- General rules and a permissions and approvals matrix
- The processes that come out of your answers, usually three. Your system knows how to create the next ones with you
- Email connected at launch. Folders, spreadsheets and the rest of your tools are connected by your system, with you, when you need them
- Built-in routines: today's list, weekly review and thirty-day report. The email one as soon as you connect it
- Your brain on a screen, in the shape you choose: map, search, latest changes and routines
- A one-hour online launch session: installation, name, how it speaks to you, and you see it work on one of your own cases
- User and maintenance manual, with what it can do, what it can't and the next steps
- Thirty days: your system writes a report on what is no longer done by hand. Send it to us if you like and we'll go through it on a twenty-minute call
Not included
Integrations with systems that require company credentials (CRM, WhatsApp Business, invoicing, calendar), new end-to-end processes, a custom dashboard with an approvals inbox, systems for other people on the team, training. All of that is the system's evolution.
Terms
Taxes not included.
One-off payment. No lock-in.
The AI licence is separate and in your name: Claude or Codex; if it's Claude, the Pro plan or higher. We don't resell licences.
If you stop working with us, the system keeps working: brain, rules and manual are files on your computer.
Three things, half an hour, two weeks.
Three things
You tell us three things you do every week and shouldn't. We tell you what the system could do, what it would have ready for you and what would still need your approval.
freeThirty minutes
A call to see whether it makes sense for your business.
freeKickoff
Six questions you answer in writing or by voice note, whenever you can, and five to ten documents that capture your business. No long meeting.
youBuild
We build the brain from your material and write the rules. If something is missing, it stays as a named gap, not filler from us.
usLaunch
Online. You install it, give it a name, choose how you want it to speak to you, connect your email and watch it work on one of your own cases. We show you how to feed it and how to ask for a new routine.
togetherFollow-up
Hands off. Your system writes a report on what you no longer do by hand and, if you send it to us, we go through it in twenty minutes.
on its ownThe six kickoff questions
What do you do every week that you shouldn't still be doing yourself?
What does your business know that isn't written down anywhere?
What must never go out without you looking at it?
Where does your business live today? Email, Excel, CRM, folders, WhatsApp, your head.
How will you know it has worked in three months?
Who will use it every morning, and who says yes?
The six kickoff questions. They make you think more than any meeting.
What people ask us before starting.
Is it a chatbot?
No. It is a structure of knowledge, rules, decisions and routines that an AI uses to get work ready for you. You talk to it in the AI app on your computer, like any chat, but the work starts before you arrive.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You answer six questions, send us some documents and see it working in the one-hour launch session. The only thing you install is the AI app; your system installs the rest. The manual is written for people who don't code.
Does it work for a one-person business?
Yes. That's where it shows most: everything that repeats stops going through you.
And for a team?
Yes, for businesses of 1 to 20 people. What the person who left used to know stays written down and the system uses it every day. Whoever comes back from holiday finds the list, not the chaos.
Which AI does it use?
Claude or Codex, with the licence in your name. If it's Claude, the Pro plan or higher.
How much work does it ask of me?
The six questions and the documents at the start. After that, reviewing and deciding each morning.
