Privacy policy
Last updated: 26 October 2026
In short: we process the email, phone and text you write in the form in order to reply to you and, only if you accept, browsing data from Google Analytics to understand how the website is used and from the Meta pixel to measure our advertising. No profiling and no selling of data to anyone.
1. Who is responsible for your data
- ControllerMarina Sánchez (Pato Agency)
- AddressCarretera de la Peguera 41, Ed. Residencial la Peguera, escala B 1-2, Aixirivall, AD600 Sant Julià de Lòria (Andorra)
- Emailhola@unanimia.com
The controller is established in Andorra, so this policy is governed by Andorran Law 29/2021, of 28 October, on the protection of personal data, with the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA) as the supervisory authority. As the service is also offered to companies in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also applies to the processing of data of people in the Union. The articles quoted below are those of the GDPR, which is the best-known framework and the one that offers the highest level of safeguards.
2. What data we process
What you give us through the form: your email address, your phone number and whatever you write in the text field. Write just enough for us to understand your case; there is no need to send us your clients' data or confidential documents.
What your visit generates: the server hosting this website keeps technical logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) in order to work and to detect abuse. These are the normal logs of any web hosting.
Google Analytics data, only if you accept: a random identifier stored in a cookie, the pages you visit, where you came from, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (country or city) inferred from the connection. Google Analytics 4 does not store your IP address. If you reject the notice, none of this is collected. The full details are in the cookie policy.
Meta pixel data, only if you accept: an identifier for your browser, the pages of this website you visit and whether you submit the form, plus the ad you came from if you arrived through one. It tells us whether our advertising works. If you reject the notice, none of this is collected.
3. What we use it for and on what legal basis
- Replying to your enquiry and, where it makes sense, preparing a proposal for you. Basis: your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form (article 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it whenever you like.
- Measuring how the website is used (how many visits, which pages are read, where visitors come from) in order to improve it, and measuring our advertising. Basis: your consent, which you give in the cookie notice (article 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it whenever you like from the «Preferences» link in the footer.
- Keeping the website up and secure. Basis: our legitimate interest in the service working and not being abused (article 6.1.f GDPR).
- Meeting legal obligations where they exist, for example accounting or tax obligations if we end up working together (article 6.1.c GDPR).
We do not make automated decisions about you or build profiles.
4. How long we keep it
If the conversation goes no further, we delete the enquiry one year after the last contact. If we end up working together, your data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods required by law. Server logs last as long as the hosting provider keeps them. Google Analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months and then deleted; the cookies expire after 2 years, and your choice in the notice after 12 months.
5. Who else can see it
We do not sell or share data. Only the providers we need in order to operate have access to it, as processors and under the contract required by article 28 GDPR:
- Web hostingHostinger International Ltd. (Chipre, UE)
- EmailHostinger International Ltd. (Chipre, UE)
- Web analytics (if you accept)Google Ireland Limited (Ireland, EU)
- Advertising measurement (if you accept)Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Ireland, EU)
Beyond that, data would only be disclosed if a law or a competent authority required it.
6. Where your data lives
The controller is in Andorra. Since 2010 the European Commission has recognised that Andorra offers an adequate level of data protection, so sending data from the European Union to Andorra needs no additional safeguard: it is like sending it within the Union.
The same goes for our providers: we make sure they process data within the European Economic Area or in a country with an adequacy decision. Where one processes it elsewhere, the transfer relies on standard contractual clauses with the appropriate additional safeguards. This is the case with Google, which may process Google Analytics data in the United States: it is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, recognised as adequate by the European Commission in 2023. The same applies to Meta if you accept the pixel: it states that it relies on that same framework and on standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to its processing, and request its portability. You can also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before.
To exercise these rights, write to hola@unanimia.com saying what you want. We will reply within the legal period of one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Andorran Data Protection Agency (www.apda.ad) and, if you are in the European Union, also to the authority in your country, such as the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect what you send us: restricted access, encrypted connections and backups. No system is infallible; if a breach affecting your rights occurred, we would notify you as the law requires.
9. This website and the system we install
This policy covers this website and nothing else. The AI system we install runs on your computer and with your files: that data is yours, it does not pass through us, and what we do with it during the implementation is governed by the service contract, with its own data processing agreement.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we also change the date at the top. If the change is significant and you were already in touch with us, we will let you know.
