Legal notice

Last updated: 26 October 2026

1. Who owns this website

In accordance with article 6 of Andorran Law 20/2014, of 16 October, on electronic contracting and operators carrying out economic activity in a digital space:

Unanimia is the trading name under which Marina Sánchez (Pato Agency) provides the implementation service described on this website.

2. What this website is and what it is not

This website explains a service and lets you ask for information about it. It is not a shop: nothing is bought, contracted or paid for here. The only form on it collects an enquiry and the contact details needed to answer it.

The service, if it is contracted, is contracted afterwards and in writing, with its own contract and its own terms.

3. Use of the website

By using this website you agree to do so lawfully and not to use it for unlawful activities, to damage its systems or to try to access parts that are not public.

You are responsible for making sure that the information you send us through the form is accurate and that you are entitled to send it. Please do not send sensitive data or third parties' confidential documents that way: when the time comes, there is a channel with a contract behind it for that.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, design, code, images, the Unanimia name and its logo belong to Marina Sánchez (Pato Agency) or are used with the permission of whoever holds the rights. All rights reserved.

You may view the website, print it and share its links. You may not reproduce, transform or exploit it commercially without written permission.

5. Liability

We work to keep the website available and its information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no interruptions, errors or changes in price or scope. The information on this website is commercial and indicative: what binds the parties is the contract they sign.

If we link from here to third-party websites, those sites are theirs. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Andorran law. For any dispute arising from its interpretation, the parties submit to the courts of Andorra la Vella, provided this does not contradict article 31 of Law 20/2014 or the jurisdiction that consumer protection rules grant to anyone acting as a consumer.

The service is also offered to companies established outside Andorra. That does not change the owner or the law of this website, but it may add rules from the client's country to the contractual relationship, which is governed by the service contract.

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.
